• Facilitate booking requests and connect you with Operators.
• Send you booking confirmations, status updates, and transactional communications via email or SMS.
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
• Improve, maintain, and optimize the Platform and our services.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud or security issues.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With Operators: When you submit a booking request, we share your name, email, phone number, and passenger details with the relevant Operator to facilitate your inquiry.
• Service Providers: We may share information with third-party vendors who assist us with email delivery, SMS messaging, analytics, and hosting (e.g., Resend, Twilio, Supabase, Vercel).
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LeapJet, our users, or the public.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

By providing your phone number and submitting a booking request, you consent to receiving transactional SMS messages related to your booking (confirmations, status updates, operator responses). Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS notifications by replying STOP to any message.

By providing your email address, you consent to receiving transactional emails related to your booking. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails without your explicit consent.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Booking records are retained for a minimum of three (3) years for legal and operational purposes.

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
